POLL: At today's 30 year mortgage rates (non jumbo), What's the lowest rate you should refinance today?

Basically, what's the lowest rate on the list below at which you'd immediately want to refinance today. Assume you'll be in the house for a number of years still and that no other factors are relevant to the decision, Just interest rate and closing costs and hassle of doing it.
