Is end of January a bad time to go? I’m sure crowds are good. But what about weather? Overall is this a good time to go. Bad time to go?
Also, is it possible to do the water parks or too cold?
TIA

Best time to do Disney. Lower crowds. If you are spending Disney amounts of $$$

Water parks are most likely a no go.

Best time to go. Only downside is that because it's such a slow time (comparatively),
