Anyone replace 2 single garage doors with new openers lately? Trying to see if a recent bid is in ball park &
will get more bids of course. The doors aren't a standard size (old house) so know that will add to cost but $6500 seems steep to me.

Needs both 2 single doors and 2 openers. Old doors are manual heavy solid doors so need replaced

If they are custom size that's probably the issue. Carriage style doors will run you $1000 to $3000 for standard

Thanks. That's helpful. This is for daughter's house in New England so we're far less familiar with prices

I replaced 2 openers on 2 standard doors last year. I spent $170 x 2 for the new openers and $10 for a winding bar on
