I was in your exact situation. I lost about 70 pounds intermittent fasting. I was hungry ALL THE TIME, but it works really well. Weigh yourself every day and keep track. As long as you are below your moving monthly average, you are good to go. Keep in mind there will be days you are down a bunch and days you are up some when you could of sworn you would be down. Don't get discouraged when you plateau, just keep going.
