I’m currently down 11-12 lbs in the last 6 weeks. All I am doing is:
- no more than one dessert per week
- no snacks in between meals
- be reasonable about my meals (generally staying under 2000 cal/day
I exercise, but nothing crazy. Like others have said, you can’t exercise away a bad diet.
And, there’s no such thing as targeted fat burning. So getting rid of a guy is simply a matter of burning overall calories.
Just change the way you eat. No snack. Don’t eat a bunch of sugary crap. Lbs seem to fall off.
