Comcast has its faults but it is very easy to negotiate your rate - Wave knows they are the only real Internet option and won't budge on prices once you're out of the intro rate. They also won't exceed 10Mbps upload for any of their home Internet plans and have soft datacaps and charge crazy overages when you exceed them.

I know people like to hate on Comcast but I'd love it if it were available where I now live.
