Over the last few years, my wife has learned to dislike college football season. She cannot understand how I can sit and watch a sport for hours on end and how it can make me really sad at times (lol). She has even become annoyed with my love of BYU football... Today, it all changed.

I am always skeptical to tell her things related to BYU football because I know she doesn’t care but I just had to share what cougar fans did for the Tennessee kid who will be making his way to Utah, with his family, paid for by cougar fans. It actually brought her to tears and she said “that really warms my heart.” I told her that this is why I love sports and this is why I love BYU football. Amazing people doing amazing things, on and off the field.

Cougar fans. We converted another one today with your kindness and love. Someone who I thought would never love BYU football, just hopped on the love train.

You guys rock.
