Grimes deserves credit on this
The trick plays don't really feel like trick plays, i.e. high risk/high reward. They have the feel of being a normal part of the offense. There's clean execution, they're designed almost as variations on the offense.

Also, I know we had that mishandled snap with Jaren Hall at the Utah game which was costly, and using a second quarterback feels gimmicky, but involving Hall in the offense will pay dividends as the season progresses. We can show different looks each week and keep the defense on their heels.
