it won't ruin my outlook on the entire season--as long as BYU plays hard, plays well, and doesn't give the game away because of mental mistakes or poor coaching decisions. I can take a loss against a good team as long as BYU plays hard, plays well overall, and competes.

Having said that, I really hope that BYU can pull out a victory over the Huskies. LES needs to be a place where BYU almost never loses. I have hope that it can become that again. The past several years it seems that BYU has played better on the road than at home. I like that they play well away from Provo, but "protecting Lavell's house" needs to become reality, not just talk.

I'm hopeful about Saturday, but Washington may be the best team the Cougars have faced all year.

I just hope BYU continues to improve, reduces mistakes, improves overall execution, and limits bad coaching decisions.
