I know almost every fan thinks "their" team gets bad calls against them more than normal, and after 4 decades of watching BYU football I think it does. Can't tell you how many times I've seen us in a critical situation towards the end of a game and we get some call which video either objectively shows was wrong or, at the very least, was so inconclusive it could have been, and often was, ignored previously in the game. As far as "why", I honestly think that sometimes it is due to a subject that mods don't want mixed with football threads, yet it's a topic that can never be truly separated from BYU and who oversees the campus. I mean, look around....BYU has never been the darling of America because in terms of culture, we insist on swimming upstream.

I could be wrong on this but that's my opinion. What say you?
