BYU gets far more eyeballs on TV sets than many P5 schools, as well as butts in
Seats at away games. Does that translate into merchandise sales (assumption) that the athletes can profit from? Is that included in the CA law?

If so, and if that law was to expand to the rest of the NCAA, BYU might enjoy a local recruiting advantage since BYU games generate nearly double the national viewership numbers (and potential merch sales) over the yewts.
