I don't have a clue what Sitake's philosophy is in leading the team
At least with Bronco, we all knew how he approached the job. He made it clear that his focus was trying to beat teams with better talent through discipline and execution. He wanted players who wanted to figuratively kill to be able to come to BYU and play for us and preferred kids who recruited BYU. Even though many disagreed with his overall philosophy and approach, we knew what we had. We had an overall structure to the program that was defined, and Bronco had a blueprint (probably a flawed blueprint) for winning.

I don't have a stinking clue what Sitake is trying to do with our team. I have no idea what his philosophy is or how he thinks he can win games and beat teams with better talent. To an outsider, it looks like BYU is a rudderless ship just out there on the ocean hoping and praying to avoid hitting a storm. I think that's the biggest reason why fans are fed up. We don't know what we have, and we don't see a defined plan from our head coach to make the team better.

Okay, so maybe none of us know for a fact anything about Kalani's philosophy (Preppy, Oct 2, 2019 at 12:31pm)
I think Kalani and Holmoe had similar philosophies and approach to their jobs (mudpupper, Oct 2, 2019 at 10:18am)
