Oh my life in the US is worlds better than it would be in China, for sure. But

Not everyone's experience is all that dissimilar. What's great about being here is that we can protest injustice.
People are also free to get all tiffy about a celebrity protesting that injustice. It's a much better situation.
But still, there definitely are similarities, especially for certain segments of our people.
