Not a problem: Strength and Conditioning. The injuries are bloody frustrating, but the key ones are 1) Zach's hand; 2) Ty'Son's ACL; and 3) Hall's dome. Those are just foul timing and unfortunate. No amount of diet, lifting, and stretching are saving Hall from getting concussed this afternoon.
Not a problem: Desire, love for BYU, effort, good intentions.
Problem: Coaching up, preparation, in-game adjustments, decision making.
Problem: Depth. Recruiting.
Problem: Not having a two or three TD cushion when our starting QBs get injured late in games where we are superior from a talent perspective.
Conclusion: We need a new coach. I love Kalani. He wants it bad and I want him to win. College Football is a dog-eat-dog world, though. You get paid big dollars and put everything on the line, and risk falling hard if you aren't one of the guys that puts it all together. It is time for another guy to take a shot at the helm.
