His team is not even good at any one thing, he had no speciality (sorry, post game dancing doesn't count).

There are no good schemes, play calling is awful, player development is seemingly non-existent, discipline is extremely poor, and recruiting is a solid meh.

If there is something he does well, please enlighten me. I just can't fathom how he keeps his job.
