right now is for Sitake to resign and have Lamb serve as the interim head coach for the remainder of the season. Lamb at least has head coaching experience. Sitake resigning saves the school and himself the embarrassment of having to fire him. Tuiaki can pack his bags along with Sitake. I like Kalani and it's really too bad things didn't work out better but the time has come to admit it's not working out and won't get any better.
