All those pining for G5. Guess what? Let's say it happens and you get your
dream wish of competing for a coveted MEC championship in the near future.
What will you do then once BYU continues to put for stinkers against UNLV, New Mexico and Colorado State and finishing in the middle of the pack. That's what will happen with the current state of the program. That will push the program even further obscurity. It's such a backwards move it boggles my mind. Seriously. I see people believe that as soon as we go back to a small time, who cares conference, we will all the sudden become 80's BYU.
Independence is NOT the issue!
