Recruiting is in decline, the team is undisciplined and prone to costly penalties, the team doesn’t make adjustments and loses games by getting dominated in the 2nd half of games, the team often looks lost on he first few drives of every game, the OL has taken a step backward though they returned everyone, etc etc etc.

Think about it. Coaches experience a terrible loss versus Toledo, they have a bye week prior to this game against a terrible USF team and know they need to make a statement, and they come out looking totally lethargic and lost. Coaching. It’s all coaching.
