Not firing Sitake tomorrow does more harm than good
The trajectory needs an adjustment and as soon as this part is taken care of the sooner this will occur. If they wait, this keeps the current trajectory going down. It gives BYU more time to find a replacement and maybe just maybe it will light a fire under the team to work harder.

It’s a foregone conclusion, why wait to rip the bandaid off?
