I came to this conclusion a lot sooner than most of Cougarboard: Kalani Sitake is not now (and it seems will never be) Division I head coaching material.
It is painful for me to say since I know Kalani and admire him a lot. But the deadness in the eyes of the BYU players at the end of the Utah, Toledo, and USF games was sobering and shocking to me. They look dazed, confused, and poorly coached.
Can anyone tell me why or how Kalani keeps his job?

This feels worse than Crowton. It feels like Kalani will keep his job and keep losing, because he is a "nice guy" and runs a clean program.
