Just like what Bronco did at Virginia, he still brought in his guys and just paid them more. Tuiaki, Roderick, S&C coach would all be the same. I don't see Kalani being much of a closer in recruiting either. I see him as the nice guy who tells the kid to do the best thing for the kid rather than try and sell him on the program. We also are being outperformed at this point by many G5 schools that spend considerably less than we do at this point.
I do think with the right Coach and organizational structure under them, we would see improvements with some of the changes you've suggested.
