It happens every season: I decide to attend a UU game over a BYU game
It happens every season because in Oct BYU is typically (not always) playing Bo Diddly Tech and the U is playing a PAC 12 contender.
Next week, however, BYU is playing a higher ranked team (Boise St) than UU (ASU). Still, for the first time ever I’m choosing the UU game over the BYU game even though BS is a worthy Oct opponent.
Why? Imagine the drama of #13 UU vs #17 ASU. Now imagine BYU vs a top 15 Boise St. You don’t have to be a UU fan to recognize which game will be more entertaining. Sad. A new low for me. I’m sure you’ll agree.

That’s okay. A lot of Utah fans will be attending the BYU-Boise State game (Sandstone Cougar, Oct 14, 2019 at 3:28pm)
