Considering a move to Mobile, AL..anyone familiar?

Considering grad school in Mobile. I've been to Baldwin, County (east of Mobile) twice. Liked it. But might be a little far from the University of Southern Alabama.

Cost of living looks good. What little I'd seen of the city years ago seemed nice enough.

Anyone who lived there...what'd you think?
