I think the rules are different if a team is doing no-huddle offense? but yes,

officiating, not just last night, but in most of the games this year has been VERY rough indeed. I think the biggest problem has been the whole Replay for PI calls; get rid of the replay, it is causing more problems than just the 1 huge blatant missed call last year in New Orleans.
