True this is spot on!
You have many people that have students that have kids that are 3.5 or 4.0 and 25 ACT that are out there that complain and get all worked up about a student athlete getting in with a 2.5 and 15 on ACT. Ways around this is to have a student take online courses to increase the GPA and to have an open ACT test... folks there are so many that can’t even read that get in. It’s all about winning. Then we get into the communities that get parents and family sweet jobs that pay 100000.00 or better. If the kid is good enough they will go to any length to get the kid in. Billions of dollars depend on it. When Miami was caught 5 treats ago for folky always players having tests taken for them... the NCAA did not hardly blink an eye. There are so many issues it’s not an even playing field and too much money involved. We cannot compete with this.
