Rocky Mountain Power just took a chunk out of my homes resale value, Help wanted

Hey CB Team - I woke up this morning and found that Rocky Mountain Power had installed the most heinous voltage regulator bank behind my backyard and seriously sullied our views. We had no idea that this was going in and I'm not even a customer of Rocky Mountain Power. I don't know how much it would help, but if you wouldn't mind retweeting, that would be awesome. I would like to seek damages from them so that we can put some landscaping in to mitigate the view or have them remove it. Not cool Rocky Mountain Power! Not cool!

They might have had an easement in place long before. I;d call the city first and start there. Then the county.
