me too believe we wouldn't have another crap shoot and an ever increasing griping on the board for his/her firing. Maybe after a couple more or even the next one we get a good one. Given Kyle turning down the job about 15 years ago and Bronco leaving 3 or 4 years nothing has changed with what they said was wrong with the job.

So we hit on a good one. How long would good one stick around.

Maybe expectations should be. We get to play some name teams, even some in LES. Sometimes we catch them when they are down and we can beat them and let the newer students at BYU get to feel what it is like to rush the field.

We go 6-6 and get to go to a bowl game. Even if we lose to a team like Toledo or USF along the way, really it is only embarrassing if anyone else (besides BYU fans) care. They really don't. At least that is how my friends of many years feel. These guys use to tell me all the time how much they hated BYU.

Perhaps it is time to accept the guidance from those in charge of BYU and accept their goals.
