I chose moving but it really depends on where you live.
Meaning, if you're moving to be closer to your job but the move takes you away from potential at other jobs then I wouldn't move. Let's say you live in Lehi but your job is in Spanish Fork, then I'd have a hard time moving to Spanish because living in Lehi leaves SLC and Utah Valley open as potential job markets. I'd look for another job. But, if you lived in Spanish and your job was in Lehi then I'd definitely move because your job opportunities are more plentiful.

I just did the same thing out here in Colorado. I work in Denver and had a 55 minute commute to work. I moved to a place that is right in between Denver and Colorado Springs so that I can switch jobs/companies down the road without needing to move again, and it cut my commute in half. Plus, the schools are better and we have more land than we did before. It was a win all around.
