They take football very seriously.  It has been an unbelievable marketing tool for their school.  They get paid for the students that attend and want larger enrollment.  I’ll bet if you look at their football success you will see increased enrollment that goes right along with it.  They have a winning culture and complete support from their AD and administration.  They will not accept losing.  They pay their coaches well.  They also recruit athletes from California that we could never get into school.
