POLL: Do you get a mild phlegm cough every autumn?
For the past 4 to 5 years (I’m 39) I have come down with a very mild phlegm cough during this time of year.
It really only acts up at night. The worst part is right when I fall asleep I relax enough to when my out breath comes it is voiced and it wakes me up so I never get to sleep! It is torture!
