the talent to succeed, but we need top 25% Coord talent on both sides of the ball. I don't think we have it. You see many HC's early on hire buddies, after lack of success and their HC career appears to be over, they make a change. Hire great coord's and delegate. Theres many good, even great HC's who almost had a short career. It'll be interesting to see what happens. Nice guys/human beings will often go down w/ the ship and their buddies. Success at that level requires a business attitude. If you've had had business/$ relationships w/ friends or family, you learn quickly just how wise the advice against it truly is.
I'm glad for the team and the fans, but this win isn't indicative of some epiphany or turning of the corner.
