On the media time out thing, he just announced it weird.
Boise called and was issued the time out. It's a fairly routine occurrence for refs to award the standard 30 second time out to a team to only then be informed to make it a TV time out. All that does is change the length of the time out.
In making the change he made it sound like it was now just a TV time out and not a Boise time out, but that's not what happened. Boise was deducted the time out, which is why they only had two of them at the end.

Not true. The chain is the measuring stick not the lines. The lines may be off depending on who measured and painted
