I get this, I really do...
There are other factors besides talent that come into play so many times. Age and experience although sometimes it is just age. Coaches many times think that a guy has paid his dues and the younger guy will get his chance one day.
I’m a guy that tends to favor talent over almost all other considerations but I get that some of those other things matter and can and maybe even should be considered.
