It's open enrollment time and it looks like my tax savings are significantly higher using a childcare FSA. I know there is a use it or lose it nature of the FSA but we spend way more than the max on childcare. Also it looks like the reimbursement form only requires dates, amounts and a signature from the caregiver and not an invoice or paystub. If anyone is doing it, is that consistent with your experience?
