Here are their opponents and the point totals Liberty put up (I removed the two FCS schools they have played, because those games tell you nothing):

U of Louisiana- 14
Buffalo- 35
New Mexico- 17
New Mexico State- 20
Rutgers- 34
UMASS-63

So in summary, they put up big points against Rutgers and UMASS who are easily two of the WORST teams in all of college football. I know nothing about Buffalo really, but I would assume they are not exactly world-beaters.

So if we are at least as good as New Mexico, Louisiana, New Mexico State, or Syracuse....we should be alright on defense.
