Yes on all but the last one. The last one is inversely proportional.
The way I understand it, directly proportional means linear correlation. If one goes up the other goes up in equal proportion. The +1 & -1 at the end shouldn't matter to the proportionality (or linearity), although I would be wrong on this part of the definition.

The last one is inversely proportional. As x goes up, y goes down.
