Have him come to a camp. If he wants to get recruited he needs to do his part

and show up at camps. You cant post a hudl video and hope someone stumbles upon it. There are fewer and fewer diamonds in the rough. If someone is good someone will find them. If Utah offers him, BYU gets a notification and will offer soon after and vice versa.
