Tuiaki tried to sound smart, that he knows something others don’t, when he said
“There’s a difference between football scheme and football theory.”

And yet, there’s a lot of smart, former players saying the scheme is too simple. Ben Criddle, Brady Poppinga, Brian Kehl, Cam Jensen, etc. It’s too vanilla, too predictable, and leaves opposing QBs too comfortable. Opposing teams have racked up yards on the ground and flipped field position all season long, and opposing QB jerseys barely need to be washed after. Too many people are making excuses because there’s a W in the column and cause Love self-destructed with turnovers.
