We offered JJ based on his league and opponents legitimizing his stats. I think if this kid played on JJ’s HS team he would have had similar success. Only I think this kid has measurable traits that would translate to D1 better. As stout as he is at 205 lbs he’ll be able to take hits and probably break some ankles with his shiftiness. Covey like moves but Covey was only 170 lbs and got beaten up pretty good at Utah. Still was dynamic when healthy.
