Transfer waivers: Wade, Barcello, Harward, Lowell [EDIT]
I know this has been discussed on the board, but I couldn't find it.
Why was Barcello's waiver approved and the others' were not? Do I remember reading it was partly due to Sean Miller being supportive of it (the waiver request)? Does that mean Mark Few didn't lend the same support to Wade's waiver request even though he was fine with Wade transferring to play for Rose?
Or is the process so arbitrary it's not worth trying to understand?
EDIT: LOWELL DID NOT SEEK A WAIVER AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THIS FALSEHOOD DIE.

Waivers usually depend on the school the player comes from. If they are ok with it, it is granted. If not, then no.
