Unlike the rest of you (it seems) I don't hate the idea of a fake FG there
I think it is a good idea in general but man was it poorly executed. Anyway, most you would not be complaining if it had worked. You'd be happy to see our coaches taking risks.
My biggest thing is that it should NEVER have come down to that. The scrum play is FAAAAAAR less defensible than a fake FG. That made zero sense whatsoever.
