What happened with the BYU's final time out on the 4th and 21 play?
From the stadium it seemed that BYU stopped a running clock to give Liberty time to set up a 4th down play (that should have worked). It seemed to be right up there with the scrum play and the fake FG in BYU's desperate attempt to give this game away.
Did our coaches really stop a running clock in that situation?
