I think that Katoa is really developing into a dependable running back with a great set of skills including catching the ball out of the backfield and hitting holes and running hard.

The thing I was most impressed with however yesterday was his blitz pickup. I saw at least three times (could have been more) when Liberty sent a linebacker or safety on a blitz and Katoa read it, slid over, and made the block to preserve Romney long enough to complete a pass. He is not that big and looked like he was overmatched by the blitzing defender but still made the block. Nice work Katoa!!
