We're kicking around the possibility of health insurance or some alternative for our employees. I've just in passing heard of medical cost sharing groups (the name that I heard recently was Medi-Share which is an advertiser on the Ben Shapiro show) that are significantly less than normal insurance. However I've not known anybody who has actually done one of these groups. Would love any feedback from somebody is part of a group, or offers it for their employees or even offerred it and then stopped using it. TIA
