they have great beginner longboard surfing waves on the beach there, gorgeous little surf town with a bunch of expats that rent out their sweet houses on the hill there. Only downside is that it's more like real mexico where you can't drink the water (including the shower water) and you are more likely to get a GI bug if you aren't careful, also you are supposed to put your Toilet paper in the garbage cans which is smelly.
