Honestly I don't think this measuring system passes the smell test.
Mike Leach is only in the 51.2% with -0.05. Kirby Smart is in the 48.6% with -0.08. James Franklin is in the 48% with -0.09. P.J. Fleck is in the 46.3% with -0.11. Pete Carroll is in the 43.3% with -0.16. Art Briles is in the 26.0% with -0.42. Ruffin McNeil is in the 18.9% with -0.55. Hugh Freeze is in the 16.2% with -0.60.
That's a lot of good coaches who aren't rating out well.
