Salt Lake valley is rather weak. We had Xfinity Mobile which resells a Verizon signal and cancelled it after three months because we couldn't send or receive calls from our house. They've been on Gephardt a couple of times over poor coverage. Best suggestion would be to wait and talk to neighbors in the new neighborhood.
