Lest we think LES being less than full is new...

This is video from the Texas A&M game in 1996. And, unless I'm mistaken, it appears quite a few empty and sparse seats at the top and in the corners. That was a for a massive game against a Top 15 team in the middle of the day in good weather.

It was before school started so not all the students were back in town

That game wasn't included in the season ticket package IIRC. And BYU was coming

It was also a week or more before the students came back to school and not part of the season ticket package.

The tickets were something close to double normal price, the temperature was in the 96-98 degree range
