Harvard’s MBA bulk mailing list sent out a Pride week message with a picture of a man that pronounced “I learned I had a superpower after I came out.” So it’s only expected other schools would be doing this too. Wouldn’t be shocked if it happens at the Y.
My sibling works IT at IHC in Salt Lake, and they had to provide their pronouns to everyone at new employee orientation.
Still trying to figure out the best way forward on this. Being respectful and leveraging your influence where it will have the most effect are both guiding principles. How to figures into this discussion I am still trying to determine myself.
