Utah now plays in a different divisions of college football with vastly superior

resources and significantly fewer limitations. There is very little realistic hope for BYU to ever pull even with them as a program again. After Kyle retires, they may regress to the mean, and we will have occasional victories. But Utah will win 7/10 from now on. The challenge for BYU now is holding off Utah State, a program that is closing the gap.
